Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Regimen at regimenfit.ca and in our apps, operated by MCreative Studio in Canada (“Regimen”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Regimen, you agree to them.
1. Not medical advice
Regimen provides general planning estimates for healthy adults, including calorie and macro targets, meal portions and training recommendations. It is not medical, nutritional or professional advice and does not diagnose or treat any condition. Talk to a qualified professional before starting a new diet or exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, a history of disordered eating, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You train and change your diet at your own risk.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your sign-in details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. Give accurate information so your targets are calculated correctly.
3. Free version and Regimen Pro
You can use parts of Regimen for free. Regimen Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks the full app. Current prices are shown in the app and on our website in Canadian dollars, plus any applicable taxes.
4. Free trial, billing and renewal
- New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you are charged the price shown when you signed up.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
- Web purchases are processed by Stripe through RevenueCat. Purchases in the App Store or Google Play follow those stores' billing terms.
- We may change prices for future periods. We'll tell you in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
5. Cancelling and refunds
Cancel anytime from My Account → Manage or cancel subscription (or in the App Store or Google Play for purchases made there). You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for; paid features then lock and your data is kept. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we don't give credits for partial periods. If you believe you were charged in error, email us.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse Regimen: no attempts to access other people's data, disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, scrape it, or resell it. Don't upload content that is illegal or that you don't have the right to use. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Your content
You own the data and photos you add. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide Regimen to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Food and exercise information
Food data comes from sources such as USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts, and from entries you add. Values can vary by brand and preparation. Exercise descriptions are general guidance; use proper form and appropriate weights.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Regimen available and accurate but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. We'll give notice of changes that materially reduce what you've paid for.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regimen is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for injury or loss arising from following training or nutrition plans. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
11. Ending your account
You can stop using Regimen and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Canada and the province where you live, without limiting any consumer rights you have there.
